I'm a Product / UX Researcher with over 8 years of experience across diverse domains - Fintech, automotive, SaaS, advertising and animated films (yes, pretty diverse!).
I lead with a systems-level approach and aim to get to the root of every problem or opportunity. My design expertise and computer engineering background further enables this holistic perspective.
One of my top priorities as a researcher is to drive cross-functional alignment on insights. Having worked at both early-stage startups and legacy organizations, I've witnessed how crucial alignment is for research to have any impact. I'm proactive about conducting workshops, starting conversations, and breaking silos.
Unsurprisingly, one of my favorite questions to ask is 'Why?'.
